According to rumors, Apple will release its touchscreen tablet in October for $800. The tablet may run a full version of OS X. If the report is true, it looks like the Apple tablet will have a 10-inch capacitive touchscreen display with parts supplied by Foxconn, Wintek, and Dynapack. Sadly, there is no official confirmation from Apple. Stay tuned for more updates.
Apple today launched the all new MacBook Pro Aluminum Unibody family which include a 13-inch, a 15-inch and a 17 inch models. The new models provide 40% longer battery life with its built-in battery that provides 7 hours of work on a single charge. Other cool features include a LED-backlit displays, the Multi-Touch trackpad, an illuminated keyboard, a new SD card (13 and 15-inch) or ExpressCard slot (17-inch), a FireWire 800 port and new NVIDIA graphics. You can also upgrade these new MacBooks with up to 8GB of RAM, a 500GB hard drive or a 256GB solid state drive. The 15-inch and 17-inch MacBook Pros can also be upgraded up with a 3.06-GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor.
